fix livestream avatar/banner click behavior #22

Currently when a user is livestreaming and you click their banner or avatar, it prompts you to visit their livestream. A live badge is also shown attached to the bottom side of both. This badge and clicking behavior should be removed for the banner, and if someone clicks the avatar of a user while on their profile, the "Open profile" button should be changed to "View avatar"
