adds 4 new color schemes

  1. bluesky
  2. blacksky
  3. deer
  4. zeppelin

configurable with the new color scheme selector in the settings/appearance

this PR also includes

  1. makes legacy color usage use the new alf system in a responsive way that updates with the selected color scheme (no longer hard coded to use DEFAULT_PALETTE)
  2. adds two useLayoutEffects that patches css reactively (one for background, another for post composer facets)

also forgot to explain that the blacksky, deer, and zeppelin color schemes are adaptations, and not exact ports, because all three have not been ported to the new alf color scheme system yet, sorry
