improve getLastSeen sql #4

i think that there should be an index somewhere since we're using the posted_at time desc. i also think that i just check for messages, but this maybe should also include medias. maybe just another table? redundant info here but idk what the impact is of having so many indices on messages and medias, esp for just a nice-to-have non-core function
