knot server doesn't add the admin's ssh keys automatically when first created #283

steps to reproduce:

1 - spin a knot with an a account that has public ssh keys already set as the admin

2 - look at the database

3 - there's no ssh keys in there

expected behaviour:

it should pull the ssh keys from the start

doesn't happen with accounts that were added later to the knot as far as i tested

oh im sorry pretty sure im running an older version

apparently not? pretty sure im 1.9.1 and i think i spun it on that version?

can't delete this issue! that i think is an issue with the appview because the delete button deleted it from my pds!

ok this might still be an issue and the fix 2 months ago probably referred to something else so i'm gonna leave this opened for that
