delete button on issues deletes it from the pds but not from the appview #284

steps to reproduce:

1 - create issue

2 - delete issue

expected behaviour:

for it to delete properly

what happens:

it's still on the appview even tho it ended up deleted from the pds

I couldn't reproduce it in the local environment. It seems like a momentary issue?

ok yeah I just tried again and it deleted it properly this time. very odd

Just experienced this on https://tangled.org/@leaflet.pub/leaflet/issues/24

Notice how at://did:plc:p7v4p6njfpdv6gen4bllnkqm/sh.tangled.repo.issue/3m5bfjyruxt22 doesn't exist anymore (but both the issue and my comment below are still there)
