I wish to create a python script that will aggregate a list of Atom feed URLs and outputs them as a single Atom feed in sorted order.

The feeds.json file contains the urls.

The title of the aggregated feed should be "Atomic EEG"

Write me a python script that outputs the feed into eeg.xml
