subagent: sorter #3

Void tends to run out of memory in the zeitgeist and scratchpad blocks. Many of the items in these blocks have to do with individual users due to block loading failures or other misplaced notes.

I typically ask void to

  1. Load all user blocks that appear anywhere in the context
  2. Migrate any items about users to their respective blocks
  3. Recursively summarize zeitgeist/scratchpad
  4. Store everything in archival memory.

A prompt:

Please tidy up your zeitgeist and scratchpad blocks. The zeitgeist needs to be simplified, and the scratchpad must be emptied and offloaded to the relevant user block. Everything must be in archival memory, so insert any number of archival memories you need. Step by step.

though the mileage on this one varies a lot.

I propose an agent that will regularly review void's blocks to sort/clean/organize content optimally across blocks. This could be triggered by a user/agent with a particular goal in mind, such as "forget everything about Alice", which would clear content related even tangentially to Alice from blocks.

I'd run a cron job every few hours or so to sweep through all the user/static blocks.
