Part of what makes atproto special is the PDS as a universal API (see https://bsky.app/profile/tom.sherman.is/post/3m3s5lwurec26). AppViews should have a bi-directional integration with PDSs: AppView <-> PDS.
This issue is meant to track our progress on supporting PDS -> Semble integrations so that folks can use their PDS directly for working within the network.cosmik.* record namespace.
