Post to Bluesky #16

Have a way to pick a Collection, or all links, which automatically publish a Semble link with the contents of the attached note to your bluesky account.

This should be a quick process which happens in a way that doesn't block quick bookmarking. It might be a simple checkmark in the new bookmark form, where you set the toggle to on/off by default, or happens "out of band" to not interrupt my flow.

Bonus features for "staggered" posting. If I do a bookmarking session where I bookmark 10 links, I don't want them all publishing at once. Stagger them with a 2 hour gap between each post. This is a pretty advanced feature of social publishing, Fedica supports it, and is amazing.

Extra bonus: choose which account to publish to, probably hooked to a collection. Especially good for future shared collections.
