chore: implement error logging infrastructure #2

Location: Throughout codebase (40+ locations)

Issue#

Extensive use of console.error, console.log, console.warn in error handlers

Examples:#

• src/components/admin-classes.ts:934 - Error only logged to console
• src/lib/auth.ts:215-222 - Failed subscription cancellation only logged
• src/index.ts:294 - Failed verification email only logged
• src/lib/transcription.ts:233 - Stream error only logged

Impact#

No structured error tracking, difficult to debug production issues

Recommendation#

Implement proper logging service (e.g., Pino, Winston) with log levels and structured output
