Add beef and coo, stirring occasionally, until browned. (~8 minutes) 25* Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until vegetables are softened. (~8 minutes) 26* Stir in tomatoes and oregano, breaking up tomatoes with wooden spoon. 27* Stir in broth and bring to a boil. 28* Reduce heat to medium-low, and gently boil until the vegetables are tender. (~8 minutes) 29* Add gnocchi, and cook until just tender. (~3 minutes) 30* Remove from heat. Stir in spinach, salt, and black pepper. 31* Sprinkle each serving with grated Parmesan.
