Automatically build a .APK via CI/CD so the app becomes directly downloadable via obtanium and alike.

This is currently blocked due to an issue in tangled/pipeline logs: https://tangled.org/tangled.org/core/issues/305

THE APK IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". Can you trust me? no.

any idea how witchsky ~~mobile~~ should do versioning? like v1.111.0+0.1?

v[version]-[git-hash] maybe?

I thought about this already yesterday while building the APKs, but I figured that I will not version them and make dl/witchsky.apk be always the latest build.
