Workflow-based Android, iOS, and web builds #5

At the time of writing, Tangled currently has a bug that makes accessing pipeline logs impossible, so I probably can't get automated builds working anytime soon, but when that's solved, I hope to automatically deploy to Cloudflare Pages, as well as build mobile apps and send them to Google & Apple for distribution with a manual pipeline (something Tangled also still needs to add).
