createPub hangs when 500 internal server error is received #19

I was trying to create a new publication. When I clicked "Create", the button would just spin with the ellipsis. In the browser debugger, I saw that the call returned a 500 Internal Server Error. I suspected that my oauth session was stale, so I logged out, logged back in, and then it worked. I think in the future, maybe let the user know that an error occurred.
