No handling for embedded posts from an account with no avatar #22

See https://atboston.leaflet.pub/3m53kf7a2cs2s for an example. The first embedded post is from an account with no avatar image. The behavior is as if there is one but it can't be loaded. There should be handling of this case with a similar generic graphic as social-app does. Also in this particular case, the img title is breaking out of the avatar circular container, overlapping with the display name and handle.
