Currently links to user profiles and the subscription feed go to bsky.app URLs, but given that users can access these via alternative frontends, it would be nice if there was a setting where users could specify a different domain (and correspondingly replace “subscribe with bluesky” for these users with something more neutral such as “subscribe with atproto”).
Please excuse the vague terminology, I'm not an atproto developer.

Interesting, thanks, I think this may touch on a few related things!
We'd definitely like to shift from "bluesky" to something more neutral like "atproto" for things like logging in and subscribing.
Also on our list to have user profiles in Leaflet, so clicking a username would go there first and include links to bluesky and other profiles; could be nice to be able to configure your profile links there.
There's also something re: user preference to open any bluesky link in an alternative client, which might be better served by something like a browser extension.
