Add keyboard shortcuts for block-level text formatting #4

Let's add some nice shortcuts to edit text blocks without leaving the keyboard! These should act to transform the currently selected text block, whether or not text within it is selected:

  • h1 - cmd/ctrl + opt + 1
  • h2 - cmd/ctrl + opt + 2
  • h3 - cmd/ctrl + opt + 3
  • p - cmd/ctrl + opt + 0

And we already have list - cmd/ctrl-opt-L

So let's make blockquote - cmd/ctrl-opt-B

Update HelpPopover to document the shortcuts as well!
