feat: import/export envision profiles #2

We should add a command that allows people to import and export profiles from Envision. This would allow easier debugging, and would allow custom profiles to be easily shared.

Design considerations:

• Should the entire profile (sources, binaries, etc) be exported, or only the profile settings?
  • Should there be an option to do either?
• Should we distribute pre-built profiles so they don't have to be built by each user? I could see there being issues with this.
