feature request: Put description and type at the top of a lexicon record view #12

The description and $type of a lexicon record are at the bottom now so you have to scroll first before you can read the description

idk how i feel about reordering the keys of the original JSON but fwiw i am planning to add a new view to lexicon schemas which is more documentation friendly (and will be easy to look at when creating records too)
