Future Plans#

We think a lot about the future of this site! Here's some things we'd like to add:

• Code syntax highlighting with lume_shiki
• CI Checks
  • Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO with lighthouse-ci
  • Grammar checking for source files(including inclusive language, spell checking, and other basic checks)
  • Checking for valid Microformats data on all pages that have it
• Accessibility checking plugin using the IBM Equal Access Toolkit
• Site Search with Lume's built-in Pagefind plugin
• OpenGraph preview images, again using the built-in OG Images Plugin
• Possibly Structured Data
• Slideshow mode for articles that are presented
