Sachy's Knot/Spindle Docker images#

This repo is based upon the unofficial docker image repo, as well as this PR. The intent is to create images for my own hosting setup, so that I can update them more quickly without waiting on new releases.

The images are available as sachymetsu/knot:v1.11.0-alpha and sachymetsu/spindle:v1.11.0-alpha respectively.
