Add RFC 4035 Support #2

Implement encoding and decoding for the DNSSEC-related bits in the main DNS message header, as defined by RFC 4035.

  • Handle the AD (Authentic Data) bit.
  • Handle the CD (Checking Disabled) bit.
  • Ensures magna correctly preserves these bits during parsing and allows setting them during encoding.
