Add RFC 6672 DNAME RR Type Support #8

Implement encoding and decoding for the DNAME resource record type (TYPE=39) specified in RFC 6672.

  • Allows magna to handle redirection for entire subtrees.
  • Specifically involves parsing and generating the single Target Name field within the RDATA.
