Login broken for DID:Web on Custom PDS #1

This account (did:web:atproto-nix.org/@atproto-nix.org) cannot sign in at https://stream.place/login. It will get past the initial handle resolution and show me the OAuth authorization page but then it will redirect back to https://stream.place/login.

We tracked this down to these environment variables being missing from the PDS:

PDS_BSKY_APP_VIEW_URL="https://api.bsky.app" PDS_BSKY_APP_VIEW_DID="did:web:api.bsky.app"

But this could also be worked around on Streamplace's end if we fix this issue: https://github.com/streamplace/streamplace/issues/195
