Markdown and pgp signatures in annotated tags #145

Currently annotated tags look like plaintext and the -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- blocks are just rendered at the end.

Example https://tangled.sh/@necauq.ua/noita-utility-box/tags (you can actually see at the v0.1.0 tag the signature header is part of the tag title header, even worse heh)

Would be nice to: [ ]. At least hide the pgp block, it looks quite janky - and very easy to fix probably [ ]. Render the annotation as markdown [ ]. Verify and render the pgp signature similar to signed commits

oh huh you cant edit yet, I think I used plain [ ] instead of - [ ], or maybe its just GFM lol

not entirely sure what other forges do here, but we could use a heuristic to render markdown here (or a subset of it atleast). agree on the signature removal! this is achieved with a small updated to knotserver/git/tag.go to use contents:subject and contents:body to avoid the signature from being displayed.
