Allow removal of unverified email addresses #147

While testing to figure out why my email wasn't passing validation (which I know now is because of #133) I added example@example.com as an email. Problem being I of course do not own that domain and cannot verify it, but I also can't seem to remove it from my account entirely as there's no button to do so in the UI.

Update: if you add another email, verify it, then set it as primary you can remove the unverified one. I still think a removal button should exist for non-verified primary emails, though.
