feat: interdiff in could show changes to the commit description #166

In the PR view, interdiff could show the commit description as a diff (if there are any changes to it).

I think adding some + and - lines to it would look OK. In other words, it could be shown like any other diff, but with infinite context lines (no collapsing of unchanged lines).
