Pipeline log streaming stops when a new step is added #176

Requires a refresh to pick up new steps, logs from existing steps on page load stream fine.

i actually cannot repro this. do you have any more hints on how you get this behavior?

I now also cannot reproduce this? Cool... let's close it then and I'll reopen if that changes.

Just as I say that, it happened in https://tangled.sh/@tangled.sh/core/pipelines/815/workflow/test.yml.
