account doesn't exist after changing dids #207

hello, i have made a new account on did:web and changed the handle to @melontini.me on that account, but now tangled is unable to resolve my handle with the user page leading to a 404 and login failing with "invalid handle"

bsky.app, zeppelin.social, pdsls.dev all work fine, so this seems to be a tangled issue

Okay, this should be fixed now! A bit of aggressive caching from our end was the issue.
