Support jetstream updates for repo and repo.collaborator #212

When we create / make changes to the repo and repo.collaborator on our PDS, these are not reflected in the tangled AppView.

E.g. creating a repo record, deleting it, ...

Hey! sh.tangled.repo records need a bit more work before we ingest them in the appview and are one of the last ones that we need to implement ingestion for. It's a bit tricky because repo creation ultimately happens on the knot and there are possible out-of-sync issues to deal with here, alongside name uniqueness etc. We will have it sorted out soon!
