typeahead for handle inputs #225

we have handle inputs in several locations:

  • when adding users to a knot
  • when adding collaborators to a repo
  • when adding a DID-formatted label value

it would be nice to have handle type-ahead with a profile picture to speed things up.

we also need generic handle input validators that can be shared across all these inputs. we should also permit DIDs in handle inputs.
