Allow mixed preferences for notification delivery method #230

I want most of my notifications both in app and via email, but I don't want to get emailed about followership notifications since it adds unnecessary noise. I would like to see them in app though, as it makes me feel better and inflates my ego. Currently there is not a way to mix notification delivery preferences like this.
