uploading an archive artifact to tags results in a corrupted archive #235

tested on this repo: https://tangled.org/@melontini.pds.synth.download/neoduke/tags

uploading .zip or .tar.xz (possibly others) results in a corrupted file that's smaller than the upload. both show up as / mime type, testing with png works fine.

browser is Zen 1.16.2b
