I noticed that https://tangled.org/@samuel.bsky.team/statusphere-react has a README.md, but it isn't displayed on the repository page. However, once it has been forked, the README.md is displayed as expected. See https://tangled.org/@graham.systems/statusphere-react or https://tangled.org/@danabra.mov/statusphere-react as examples.

this is a minor backwards incompatible change from a recent release, we will be tagging a release shortly and requesting knot hosters to update their knots.
v1.9.1-alpha has been released with a fix.

Ah, looks like the main difference is that @samuel.bsky.team has their own Knot, and the forks are on the public Knot instance.
