When pushing a tag for a commit on main to tangled, tangled offers a new PR for merging the tag with main. The link leads to a blank PR screen because there's nothing to compare.
It might be a good idea to check if the ref tag is not on main, then offer the PR URL. Not a crazy bug, just a UX thing.
