Redirects do not work when cloning via git (403) #290

When cloning a repository via git, redirects do not work in the same way as they would in a browser.

For example, when cloning https://tangled.org/matrixfurry.com/monado, I would expect it to redirect to https://tangled.org/@matrixfurry.com/monado like in the browser, but that is not the case. Instead I get error 403 (Forbidden):

❯ git clone https://tangled.org/matrixfurry.com/monado
Cloning into 'monado'...
remote: service unsupported: ''
fatal: unable to access 'https://tangled.org/matrixfurry.com/monado/': The requested URL returned error: 403

This could also be a major issue if proposal #245 is accepted. All existing configured remotes would break if this isn't fixed.

Oh I see, that proposal has already been accepted and merged. Can someone please test, just to make sure this is fixed in the latest master before the next release?

thanks for the the issue! the code is presently incorrect and blocks clones from /@handle.com/repo; ill fix that up to allow both.
