When switching between "open" and "closed" (issues), or "open" and "merged" and "closed" (pulls), the currently-entered search term will carry over into the new page as a q= parameter.

  • Falls back to old behaviour if not using JS
  • Includes edits to the text field since the last page load
  • For tidiness, skips appending q= if it contains a falsey value
