OK so docker in docker doesn't work in spindles for now so I'll push manually

I think the link is supposed to be https://hub.docker.com/r/tngl/knot. https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/tngl/knot/general is for managing the repository, so most people are not authorized to follow that link.

i was having some trouble with docker builds in the spindle as well, but I did make a PR that will run Spindle in Docker so maybe that's a bit closer? :) https://tangled.org/tangled.org/knot-docker/pulls/12
