okay so i believe that this is not trivial because it should not be a good idea to fetch literally all of your following just to do a set inclusion check. but i also do not know of a better solution

We probably should still fetch like the latest 100 likes from listRecords (long poll) since it is the most efficient way of tracking recent likes (compared to checking self like via constellation fot every post)

nvm! we can do this really easily with constellation's new &did= filtering query param just set the filter with the user's did and you should get the uri(s) of their like/follow
