feat: handle 'toggle-mime' on macOS #9

On Linux, you can do toggle-mime to install (and uninstall) the handler for at:// and atfile://: this obviously doesn't work on macOS. As I am without a macOS install I'm unable to experiment with this and am unwilling to code it blind.
