Prevent comby from building on dune 3.13

With the stricter checking of opam-compatible package names in dune
3.13, some packages with invalid syntax in their dune-project fail to
build. comby vendored camplzip with an invalid dune-project, though
that file has been removed 3 years ago and no longer creates issues:

Newer version of comby exist and build successfully.
