Farcaster IDs (FIDs) are stored on the Ethereum blockchain, but everything else is offchain.
From the [docs overview](https://docs.farcaster.xyz/learn/what-is-farcaster/overview):
-
> Farcaster is a [sufficiently decentralized](https://www.varunsrinivasan.com/2022/01/11/sufficient-decentralization-for-social-networks)social network built on Ethereum.
>
> Users can create profiles, post short messages or "casts", follow others and organize into communities. It is a public social network similar in design to Twitter and Reddit.

Farm Folk / City Folk have a list that [shows where all the farms are](https://farmfolkcityfolk.ca/strengthening-community-supported-agriculture/community-supported-agriculture-map/), and where they deliver.
+
+
But, they only have the delivery location "by city". So, it doesn't help see if there are drop off locations near me.

## Pick Up Locations Map

I'm slowly going to be adding pick up locations to this map. Get in touch if you'd like the edit link to help maintain this!

Wardley Maps are a method created by [[Simon Wardley]] to review and develop strategy around business and markets.
One of the base concepts is that new innovations go from invention / genesis where everything is custom and bespoke through to commodity / utility.

[When Tailwinds Vanish](https://blog.johnluttig.com/p/when-tailwinds-vanish) has been a baseline article that I’ve shared with a lot of people.
I’ve picked out a bunch of quotes below that fit my thesis of deep tech startups, because that’s my interest and preference and the path we’re following with [[Fission]].

This very much fits into my [[pooling capital and collaboration]] theme.

[[co-op]] structures aren't naturally networked orgs, but one of the principles is to work with and support other co-operatives, so co-ops could benefit from thinking of themselves more as part of a network.

On tools, there's probably something to say about [[Open Collective]]. Self-hosted git forges are emerging. "Sharing" engineering resources -- both from a cost/funding perspective and a coordination perspective is very hard, and [[Open Source Licensing]] needs an evolution.

Stay tuned!
