Snapdragon-based nubia devices can be unlocked with the Fastboot command `fastboot oem nubia_unlock NUBIA_MODEL` (e.g. -- if your phone's model number is NX609J, the command would be `fastboot oem nubia_unlock NUBIA_NX609J`.).
